Username / Password Does Not Work: Please be sure to Copy-Paste your username and password in the text fields when logging in. Logins are case-sensitive! With randomly generated logins it is easy to confuse a letter, number or special character or enter a letter in the wrong case. Mozilla Firefox Browser: Older versions of Firefox have an authentication bug that may cause your password to stop working. Please upgrade your browser to the latest version. To update your browser click "Help" and select "Check for Updates." AOL Browser: Using an AOL browser may cause your account to be blocked. Sometimes AOL browsers confuse our servers into thinking that you are using a hacked/shared login. When this occurs our servers will disable your account. If you think this has happened to you please contact us to reset your login. Once you receive your reset login please use an alternative browser such as Firefox or Internet Explorer. Clearing Your Cache: If your browser is having a lot of errors or it is forcing you to login with an old or incorrect login, go (here) to learn how to clear your browsers cache. Most browsers are listed with full instructions. Still Having Problems?: If you are experiencing problems and errors with Internet Explorer we recommend that you download and install the Firefox browser (mozilla.com). This will start you off with a fresh and clean slate to avoid the problems you were having with Internet Explorer.
