Webcams And Chats
Our webcams are broadcast using Windows Media Services. You must have Windows Media Player installed to view the shows. While rare, some users may not be able to view the webcam feed when the webcam first starts. This issue is usually resolved by refreshing the webcam window. Please refresh the popup webcam window, not the Member's Area page! Webcam Optimization: In an effort to provide our customers with the best possible webcam stream we found this program that post processes your feed and improves the quality by up to 20%. Below are easy to follow instructions on how to use this program. This program does not require an installation. It simply must be running before you start watching the stream. This program does not help with audio quality or connection issues. It only makes the video quality better.

  1. Download the program (here).

  2. Start the program and use the following settings:

3. Log in to the site you have a memebership to and go to the Webcam / Liveism link in the navagation to view the webcam:
4. Click "View Webcam" and a little popup window should open and start the video stream.
5. At the bottom middle of that window there is a link "View Full Screen" that will open Windows Media Player. See screen capture below for link locations:
*** Remember to close the popup window player once Windows Media Player starts so you do not have two streams running. The example below is from phil-flash.com using Internet Explorer. Other member sections may vary slightly in design but should be very similar. ***
6. Now enjoy the show at 20% better quality.
Chat Times Out: There is a known bug in the 123 Flash Chat software which will cause it to timeout when connecting to the server. This bug affects users who are using Firefox, Safari and Opera. Currently the only known fix for this is to use Internet Explorer to view the chats.
